This is my first draft of my magazine cover. I have based it on both my original layout and taken inspiration from some of the magazine covers that I originally analysed. I have edited my main cover image by enlarging it and changing the colour of her eyes. I have decided to use a serif font for my kickers as I think that it fits in well with the genre I am doing of pop but at the same time does not follow the conventions of pop magazines too strictly and look cheesy as this is something that a wanted to avoid with my magazine. I have used a fairly conventional layout and have ensured that I have Incorporated all the important features of a magazine cover such as a bar code, date line and model credit.
